- Email address: Provided when requesting a report, used for report delivery and customer support
- Search queries: Project names, RERA IDs, and builder names you search for
- Payment information: Processed securely by Razorpay. We do NOT store credit/debit card details.
- Usage data: Pages visited, reports generated, timestamps (anonymized for analytics)
2. How We Use Your Data
- To generate and deliver property due diligence reports
- To process payments via Razorpay
- To communicate about your report status and customer support
- To improve our service and report quality
- To maintain internal records as required by applicable law
3. AI Processing
- Your search queries and selected project data are processed by AI systems (Anthropic Claude) to generate reports.
- No personal information (email, payment details) is sent to AI systems.
- Only publicly available project data is used for AI analysis.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data. We share data only with:
- Razorpay: For secure payment processing (governed by Razorpay's privacy policy)
- Supabase: For secure database hosting (encrypted at rest and in transit)
- Anthropic: For AI-powered report generation (only public project data, no personal information)
5. Data Retention
- Reports are retained for 90 days after generation
- Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial laws
- Email addresses are retained for customer communication and support
- You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing sirolabssupport@gmail.com
6. Data Security
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
- Payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant via Razorpay
- We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data
